• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. • UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. • Please allow additional time during holidays and peak seasons. • If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will resolve it with care.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. • Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase. • Products must be unused and in original packaging. • For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund it promptly. To begin a return, contact us via Instagram or email with your order details.
Gift Card Policy
• Digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email. • Valid for 24 months from date of purchase. • Gift cards can be used across all products on our website. • Gift cards are non‑refundable once purchased. • If an order total is less than the gift card balance, the remainder remains for future use. • Purchasing a gift card and spending a gift card both earn Skin Perks points.
Skin Perks Loyalty Program
• Every customer can join Skin Perks for free. • Earn points by shopping and engaging with our brand. • Points can be exchanged for money‑off rewards. • Points never expire, but VIP tier levels reset 12 months after being reached. • Customers earn points when purchasing a gift card and when redeeming a gift card.
