At Fresh Faced Skin Co, every order is packed with care and attention. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will resolve it quickly and with care. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we are here to assist whenever something isn’t right.
Eligibility
Because skincare products are hygiene-sensitive, we are only able to accept returns in the following cases:
• The item arrived damaged in transit
• The item arrived faulty or defective
• The wrong item was sent
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can provide support.
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To start a return or replacement request, email us at freshfacedskincobeauty@gmail.com with:

A photo of the issue

A brief description of what happened
Once confirmed, we will arrange either:
• A replacement of the same item, or
• A refund to your original payment method
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to us for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover return postage where required.
• If the item is not faulty, we are unable to accept the return.
Refund Timeframes
Once a return (if required) is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued via the original payment method.
Please note that processing times for banks and payment providers may vary.
