At Fresh Faced Skin Co, we know how exciting it is to receive new beauty products — we do everything we can to make delivery smooth, reliable and stress-free.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. As we grow, we hope to expand internationally in the future.

 

Delivery Timeframes

 

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within: 2–4 business days (UK domestic)

 

This timeframe does not include weekends or bank holidays. During busy periods, courier delays may occur.

How We Deliver

All orders are shipped using InPost Locker to Home.

 

  • We drop your parcel off at a secure InPost locker

  • InPost delivers directly to your home address

  • You can choose to divert to a locker if that’s more convenient

 

This method is fast, flexible and environmentally conscious — while keeping deliveries safe and reliable.

 

Dispatch Time

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. If there is ever a delay (for example, due to restocks or seasonal demand), we will notify you by email.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can track your parcel at any time through our Track My Order page in the footer.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

Delivery Issues

 

If your parcel is late, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
