Partner Terms & Conditions

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older

  • Partnership approval is at our discretion based on brand alignment

Commission

  • Earn 10% commission for every qualifying purchase made through your unique referral link or code

  • Commission percentages may vary during campaigns but will always be communicated to you

  • Payments are made monthly once your balance reaches £50

Brand Conduct

​

You agree NOT to:

  • Make false, exaggerated or misleading claims

  • Use spam, aggressive marketing or unauthorised email messaging

  • Use deceptive links or hidden redirects

  • Bid on Fresh Faced brand keywords in paid advertising

  • Alter or misuse our branding or promotional assets

  • Share confidential business or client information

Required Disclosure

​

Partners must clearly disclose the partnership when promoting Fresh Faced Skin Co. Examples:

  • "As a Fresh Faced partner, I may earn commission through my links."

  • "I'm proud to partner with Fresh Faced Skin Co and may receive compensation for referrals."

Ending the Partnership

​

Either party may terminate this partnership with written notice.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or behaviour that damages our reputation

  • You may leave the program at any time. Outstanding commissions will be processed in the usual cycle

​

Liability

​

Partners act as independent partners. Fresh Faced Skin Co is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses associated with participation in the program.

Updates

​

Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify partners of significant changes. Continued participation indicates acceptance.
