Welcome to Fresh Faced Skin Co. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Our aim is to keep everything clear, fair and transparent.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer a replacement or full refund.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before dispatch.
If you do not wish to continue with the corrected price, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing times. Delivery times may vary due to courier services, weather, public holidays or seasonal demand.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Gift Cards
• Gift cards are digital and delivered via email.
• Valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
• If an order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Please treat gift cards like cash. Lost, deleted or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable, though we may attempt to assist where proof of purchase is available.
Non-Transferability
Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who holds the code, unless purchased as a gift.
Loyalty Program (Skin Perks)
• Membership is free and open to all customers.
• Points are earned through purchases and specified brand interactions.
• Points can be exchanged for money-off rewards as displayed on the loyalty page.
• Points never expire, but VIP tier levels reset 12 months after being reached.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• If an order is refunded, loyalty points earned from that purchase will be removed.
User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that appear to be misused or compromised.
Liability
We take great care to provide accurate product information. Please follow usage instructions and safety guidelines. Fresh Faced Skin Co is not responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities, allergies or misuse of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
